This Christmas Eve I was up early making fresh lemon curd with my daughters help . The lemon curd was to be the final part of the little hampers that I had made for some of my family and friends .
Though I say it myself , this tasted so so good .

Have you made Lime Curd........or Banana Curd for the kids???
The Lime is marvellous on Cheesecakes, & the Banana is divine with Chocolate Cake.
