Hi everyone, I have no doubt we are on the world news for the heat wave sweeping Australia . So you can imagine how hot it is and how hard it is to motivate myself to cook. However at 10 in the morning I did a chicken curry with rice and put it in the fridge and had it cold for dinner. The temperature was 41c today and it looks like staying like that for a week. There is a smoke haze over the city tonight with fires burning happy cooking everyone.
