Again I feel a little cheeky doing something simply , however it is 11 30 at night and a hot 28 deg here as we are still in the middle of a heat wave in Australia .
So after a day of hot weather and working the night shift I still came home and made a quick potatoes and capers salad. Happy cooking everyone.
