Moroccan lamb with couscous .
There is a cool change coming through Queensland so I managed to cook an apple pie and Moroccan lamb with couscous. Very nice. Hot weather returning soon.

Just scored some Mutton from my favouroite farmer, this would be great with Morocan spice. See my thread on forums.

try this one, I used Tagine paste instead of Ras-el-Hanout .Ras-el-Hanout means head of the shop and can have any spice in it. Its the head of the shops choice.
