I am almost too embarrassed to post this one . It is a carrot cake however it did not work at all. I said I would do a different J . O . recipe for 365 days so you have to take the good with the bad. I am sure the recipe is fine i think my oven was not right. My mind not really on the job as we are in the middle of a major flood here almost as bad as 2011. If I don't post for a few days it will be due to bad weather. and we expect the power to get cut off as the flood waters rise.
