Today the flood waters are going down . I wanted  to see a neighbour who lost everything in the flood to offer my support. Lost for words to say I made a Jamie Oliver spinach and feta pie and gave it to them.
I thought if Jamie was here he would of done the same .
Thanks Mr O your book taught me a beautiful recipe that made someone smile today.

For my recipe for the day I had to try a rogan josh paste, I love rogan josh but I always made it with a jar so this was nicer.
