Tonight is tray baked chicken . It was so nice .
Flood waters are going down here in queensland but some towns were really hit hard some homes were totally destroyed up north. So sad to watch on the news.
I am pleased to say there are lots of people helping . If people can not get out to help because they have small children they cook meals for the flood victims . If they can not cook they drive the meals to the drop off halls. I think it is very Australian because we live in a very unpredictable country one day someone's fighting bush fires next day people are getting flooded. We all know it can be a hard country so you always watch our mate.
It is however a beautiful country dispit the dangerous weather .
