It was a very chilly day and the soup was just what I needed to warm up .
I have to admit that I was just a bit impatient when it came to making the croutons and did not let them crisp up quite enough but they tasted great anyway. The croutons had a bit of cheese sprinkled over them which melted by the heat of the soup.
A realy tasty supper .
