its for sure the best spaghetti dish ever been made by me.....fresh clams and baby calamari with very rich flavor and aromas dressed my spaghetti dish

how long would you cook a big calamaro for a pasta sauce? 1/2 an hour or longer???? your spaghetti look great

hi GM...not so long i am cooking  it for 20 minutes and not more because the longer you cook it the harder it gets.....
but if you tend to cook it with rice on a pan then you should first cook calamari for about 10-12 minutes then add the rice and till the rice is cooked, calamari will be tender and ready..
