fresh garlic, peperoncino, evo oil, diced zucchini, short before you drain the boiling rice add a sliced ripe tomato ..... I forget thyme and marjoram to start with ................... I like it not mixed too much to see the colors : even different whites greens redsthumbsupbig_smilecool

if I were a painter I would much like/prefere to be a cook so great is the pleasure in playing with colors in a hot  pan
