I have a wish to grow my own herbs, but only have a concrete back yard. I planted some in a container without reading up on them or anything, only to have them be hit by the frost. I have picked some info up from the net, but I wondered if anyone can recommend some simple stright forward literature on this subject, or even offer your own advice.

Should I pot each one individually and keep them indoors in winter?!
