The Naked Chef

This was my very first book – way back in ’99! I always wanted to write a book, though I doubt my old English teacher would believe it! This came about as a result of doing my first Naked Chef TV series for the BBC.

It's all about taking the straightforward approach. It has a little something for everyone - from those who want great food but want to keep it simple, to those who work for a living and don't have time to spend all evening cooking. Check out the dodgy shirt on the cover – lovely!
