IT Helpdesk Advisor

Description

We're currently looking for a brilliant IT Helpdesk Advisor to join the team at Jamie Oliver Limited. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that both IT hardware and software are efficiently supported throughout the organisation by being the first point of contact for all support queries either by email or on the telephone. This is a very busy role, so applicants will need to be highly proactive and organised, as well as demonstrating first rate customer service skills.
