Packed in Calabria using specially chosen ingredients, these are little jars of sunshine including sweet roasted red and yellow peppers, tender artichoke hearts and deliciously fruity sun-dried tomatoes – sun-dried by hand for 3-4 days on open tables in Southern Italy - all hand-packed in a blend of sunflower and olive oil.

My pasta sauces have a real homemade flavour and are packed with delicious fresh Italian ingredients – and no nasty stuff! They taste great when you just simply heat up and add to your favourite cooked pasta.
