balsamic vinegar

balsamic vinegar

This delicious tangy balsamic vinegar is made by ageing sticky, sweet grape juice in special old wooden barrels. It’s produced and bottled by a small family run company in Modena.

• use it simply as a dip for lovely fresh Italian bread before a meal
• drizzle it over cooked white fish and shellfish for a great sweet flavour
• mix it with delicious extra virgin olive oil to make a lovely traditional salad dressing
• drizzle it over cheeses like mozzarella, goat’s cheese and even Parmesan for a tangy twist
