I love this red pesto – it is a traditional Italian pasta sauce made from pinenuts, Parmesan cheese, good olive oil and delicious sun-dried tomatoes for a rich, sweet sticky twist.• red pesto tastes great when tossed with freshly cooked spaghetti, a handful of Parmesan cheese, and a glug of extra virgin olive oil
