Hi guys,Summer was here in the UK but it has seemed to have disappeared today!! I am sure that more nice weather is just around the corner so to celebrate this and also because the next episode of Jamie At Home airs tonight on Channel 4 at 8pm, I am posting up some more BBQ Podcasts. As a special summer treat I am posting up a Podcast on how to bake Seabass cooked in the ground with a fantastic roasted sweet corn recipe. For all you hard core foodies and Chefs I am also posting up a quick 5 minute video for BBQ Prawns.
