summer party - it was a hit

Hi guys,

Well I'm pleased to say that we got really lucky with the weather last week and my summer party ended up being a brilliant day. It only rained a little - nowhere near enough to spoil the day. We just put on our coats and got on with it! The whole day was loads of fun, everyone had a good laugh and the food we cooked was pretty special (if I do say so myself). I got a bit creative and decided to add a tasty new crostini topping to the menu. Lots of my guests had a go at making pizzas in the outdoor oven then putting together their own toppings. Some of them went a bit crazy with the chopped chili and I think that caught quite a few unsuspecting pizza eaters by surprise.
