new podcasts

Hi guys,

I can't believe it's already the end of another busy week. We've uploaded the next two Podcasts from the summer food series for you to check out. This week's recipe includes a wicked pizza topping with new potatoes and coppa di Parma, which is an Italian cured meat that is so delicious. I absolutely love using it and think this has to be one of my favourite pizza toppings, so enjoy!

Speaking of Italy... we've also posted a new video of my good mate and mentor, Gennaro Contaldo. A few weeks ago Gennaro was the guest of honour at an Italian festival in London and Danny went along to film him there. All the proceeds raised by the event went to the Scalabrini Fathers, which is a charitable organisation that does great work in communities all over the world. Good on you Gennaro! We've now created a profile for him on this site. He always inspires me and I'm sure he'll do the same for loads of you. He's very kindly given us some of his delicious recipes to post up this month so make sure you check those out.

I have to say I've been so impressed with the recipes you guys have been sending through to the websites recipe section. Have a look at the sorrel pie that Hanney's posted, it looks delicious. Nice work! Keep posting and sharing your good ideas with all of us.
