fifteen amsterdam opens!!

Fifteen Amsterdam opened last night and it is absolutely fantastic! I went over for the opening and met all of the students. The students are really charming and so proud to be a part of Fifteen. The students are totally on the ball. My chefs are fantastic, the management are great and the venue superb.

Fifteen was only ever created to be a life changing training course in a real life situation. The good news is that things are just getting better and better. Of course setting up the second Fifteen was almost as nerve racking as the first but the integrity of the experience of the students is absolutely unsurpassed. To everyone involved a massive thank you
