"What a fantastic time we had at the launch of Fifteen Cornwall! We were blown away by the fabulous restaurant our partners have created at Watergate Bay. It was so exciting to see chefs working with such fantastic produce from Cornish suppliers...

"Head Chef Neil Haydock is doing a great job at pulling the team together. We are all so proud of the 21 young people on the training course. They've done their NVQ1 at Cornwall College and are now getting stuck in, preparing brilliant meals for our customers. They even tried to get Jamie surfing!
