gennaro's mushroom picking adventure

Hope you had a great weekend. If you have not already seen it check out the Podcast that we have posted up that is all about Gennaro's mushroom picking adventure with the current lot of apprentices. The catchy theme tune is by a band called Hot Chip Comming on Strong who are a cool up and coming band. For more info on the band and where they are playing in the UK check out their website.

Speaking of the apprentices, they are off on their Italian adventure this week learning all about Italian food and wine. Check out the site next week as we will post up some pics and interviews with them.
