Hi Guys,
I am taking some time out with the family this week and if you have been keeping an eye on the
moblog then you will see some pretty funny pics of me riding a horse! It’s been nice to spend some time cooking outside with the lovely weather that we have been having and the other day I was inspired to try my good mate Gennaro’s Porchetta. This is a one of the nicest ways to slow cook a belly of pork and Gennaro’s recipe combines lots of flavours including wild fennel, rosemary, thyme, garlic, lemon and sultanas.
It’s without a doubt the best Porchetta that I have ever tasted and if you are keen to try this yourself sometime then check out
the video that we have just posted up of Gennaro taking you through all of the steps on how to make it from scratch.
Have a great week wherever you are.
Nice one
