Hi guys,
The latest issue of my magazine is
hot off the press and I know I’m biased, I think this one is pretty special (and not just because I’m wearing a cowboy hat on the cover). If you’ve seen any of my latest TV series or new cookbook you’ll know I spent a lot of last year in America. The things I saw as I went from one state to another really opened my eyes to all the exciting food stories the country had to tell. We started planning this issue when I got back and it felt right to stick with that whole vibe and make it our American issue.
Like the country, it’s big and beautiful and packed with great recipes and stories. We’ve got restaurant reviews, great American chefs and a behind-the-scenes look at the effort that went into making my TV show and cookbook on the road. There are a whopping 185 recipes, including some exclusive recipes of some beautiful dishes I wasn’t able to squeeze into my cookbook. We’ve got a little preview for you if you want to
