jamie magazine, issue 4 out now

Issue 4 of Jamie Magazine is out this week and it's a big one for us because it's the first time our mag will be available in UK supermarkets as well as in WHSmith stores. We’ve really pushed the boat out for this issue (a Greek fishing boat to be precise) to find you the most beautiful stories and exciting summer food around.

I thought you guys might enjoy the dishes I cooked for the world leaders at the G20 dinner back in April so I'm also sharing those recipes in this issue.
