jamie magazine, issue 5 out now!

The new issue of my magazine is out – the Great British Issue! The mag team and I spend so much time finding exciting food overseas that we thought we’d spend the summer at home, tracking down some great stories from around the UK. We’ve visited Cornwall, had a cook-up on the beach with fish guru Mitch Tonks and even been to the ballet!

As always there’s loads of lovely recipes, including some of my favourites for lazy weekend lunches with the family, and some beautiful raspberry treats. I’m crossing my fingers for a few more sunny weekends so you guys have an excuse to mix up a summer cocktail and give the great BBQ recipes in this issue a go.
