Jamie's Fowl Dinners airing soon

Not long now before Jamie's Fowl Dinners airs on Channel 4 on the 11th of January at 9pm. For more information on the issues raised in the programme make sure you check out the chicken microsite that we have created.

I think it's a great programme that hears all sides. I certainly have learned more about the issues surrounding chicken and egg production in this country.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be posting up recipes on how to make the most of the better quality chickens available. I am also looking forward to hearing your thoughts about the programme on the Forums.
