Just to remind you that it's Comic Relief's big red one on Friday - Red Nose Day!

If you haven't yet - go out and buy yourself a copy of my Little Book of Big Treats. It's only £3 - all of which goes to the charity - and it's full of recipes like brownies and flapjacks which you can whip up and then sell to your friends, colleagues or schoolmates to raise a bit of extra cash for Comic Relief.

I hope you'll be watching BBC1 on Friday night and pledge as much as you can for this great cause - stay tuned for a little appeal film I've done especially.
