The
third issue of my magazine is on sale now and it’s a great one (even if I do say so). There’s great produce in the UK this time of year, almost anywhere you look. If you go down to the woods today, you might see my mates Gennaro and Andy, the mag’s editor, foraging for all kinds of wild food. Check out their article on wild garlic in the mag — learn what it looks like, then go and find some and test out our recipes. There’s also some great Middle Eastern food to try, and some from Jamie’s Italian restaurants, including an asparagus fettuccine that you need to make in the short time this lovely veg is at its best. Get into it.
