This was a little something I did especially for video back in 2000 - my personal guide to get you kickstarted in the kitchen.

With some help from some mates - the students, some brave firemen and city slicker city boys I whip up a nice few recipes for you all to try. There’s even some handy recipe cards for all the dishes included inside.
