Food Revolution day - in a nutshell
Food Revolution Day is the culmination of Jamie's campaign to get people better connected to their food and this year we’ve held an amazing opportunity to cook with Jamie on the big day. On Friday May 17th communities across the world will come together and celebrate the beautiful diversity of fresh food, sharing cooking skills, understanding good eating habits and, of course, eating great grub.
From Australia to America and India to Brazil, street markets, cooking demos and fundraisers in schools, hospitals and gardens will be buzzing with Food Revolution Day magic. Thousands of people have donated to the Better Food Foundation to be in with chance of being flown, with a friend, to London to cook with Jamie on the day. Thanks to all getting involved for helping to make Food Revolution Day 2013 so special.
