Welcome to Foodwise! This wicked new section of my site is basically a place where everyone out there who loves cooking and wants to learn more about food can come together. I'm really excited about it because it means we'll be able to create a hub of knowledge - a bit like an encyclopedia - of all things food related.
What's clever about Foodwise is that we can build on each other's information by editing articles. So, if you've got
