Ingredients-1 can of organic crushed tomatoes
-few garlic cloves
-1 onion
-fresh basil
-three big tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
-salt & pepper
MethodFry the chopped onion and then add the chopped garlic. Add the crushed tomatoes and basil. Let simmer, and then add salt and pepper. In the add the mascarpone. Cook pasta and add directly to the sauce.
This is an recipe I came up with when I had some leftover mascarpone and needed to make food quickly. It's really nice and creamy.

Wonderful Jamie..... you have inspired me many times, but this was fab... I'd made your tirmisu and didn't reaaly know what to do with the left over mascarpone.... this is a lovely recipe... I can see it becoming a family favourite
