Ingredients
Ovas de Bacalhau, Azeite, Vinagre Balsâmico, Cebolinho, mostrada, maionese.

[codfish eggs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chives, mustard and mayonnaise.]

Method
É preciso "desmanchar" as ovas previamente cozidas para que fiquem o mais granular possível sem fazer puré. Tempera-se com um fio de azeite, vinagre balsâmico, cebolinho, mostarda e maionese. Serve-se fresco sobre tostas ou broa de milho.

[After cooking the codfish eggs, "break" them to the most granular possible without puree. Mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chives, mustard and mayonnaise. Serve it on toast or fresh corn bread.]
