Ingredients1 tuna fish tin, aboute 100g
a good handful of emmentaler cheese, break up
guinea fowl eggs
thin pastry
melted butter
oregano
salt and pepper
Method Preheat oven at 200'C.
Mix tuna fish with emmentaler cheese, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Take pastry and cut in 25cmx25cm. Grease pastry with melted butter and put another pastry ( you can use more thin pastry ). In the middle make a circle from tuna mix and then in centre break one egg. Now, take all the corner and closed like in image, turn on top to not flow out the mix and egg.
Take a baking tray, put baking paper and then the pastry's tuna. Add on oven aboute 25-30 minutes until the pastry is brown.
