Re: Indian Recipes.....by Suresh Nair
My googling efforts lead me to believe that it is either the style of cooking of the Hazara province of Pakistan. . Or maybe from the Hazara people of Afghanistan.
Either way I think it would be fairly hard to pin down a specific recipe. Something along the lines of saying, I had this fish dish from Italy. Does anyone know how to make it? ![]()

Re: Indian Recipes.....by Suresh Nair
thanks everyone for all your efforts. the restaurant only says west Indian recipe with lentils vegetables and fresh green chillies it didn't say what's sauce is on it. I'm not familiar cooking Indian food ( I've only done tikka masala and suresh korma recipe) so I'm not sure what's really on the sauce except that it's really yummy. young
mum it could be that sauce that you found on google. thanks

We had a wonderful Indian restaurant in Santa Rosa that closed its doors. Hate when that happens. I don't think they were even open for a year. The food was wonderful.
