Is there a way of cooking karela that doesn't involve salting?
At the moment if I have any in my cooking, I nibble a raw one before eating, and I usually sneak it into fairly spicy dishes.

Dear Suresh,
In one of your recipes you used an ingredient called 'Baingans'.
Could you tell me what it is in English or what I can use as an
alternative, as I live in the U.K.
Your recipes look wonderful and I am looking forward to trying a few.
Regards
Beth
