Just finished Sunday Lunch of "incredible roasted shoulder of lamb with smashed veg and greens" page 49 of jamie at home.
SUPERB ! but must admit was a bit naughty also served it with Yorkshire Puds, brilliant for soaking up the sauce  A****  yummy

Could someone please tell me how much a knob of butter is?

I've been using about three tablespoons with some success.

I'm just wondering if it depends on personal taste or if there is an equivalent.
