I'm very jealous! You guys get new shows and I'm happy that I've found re-runs of Oliver's Twist!
Enjoy and make sure to tell us all about it.

Re: Jamie's Chef
Yeah I really enjoyed the show even though I knew who would win.
I think ...... was the best bet of the 3. Good to see they wanted to keep it a family pub with a good resaurant. At least they will not be alienating the locals straight away !.
Shame it is only a 4 part series.

Re: Jamie's Chef
I think it is good that he's had 6 months or so to get settled in before this series aired, cos I expect that the Cock is aobut to get VERY busy!

Re: Jamie's Chef
You are not wrong Mrs G !
Apart from the trade they have built up already, this tv exposure will send the takings through the roof for a while.

Re: Jamie's Chef
Well, watched 3rd of 4 last night.
Is it just me or did it seem a bit badly managed by the 15 foundation at the start?. The chef was told to move out of their home and move into the Cock. When they got there they were told they could not move in, and were put in a bed and breakfast for 2 weeks, with no work being done to the pub. Surely company/charity law should have been sorted out earlier. Oh well, perhaps I am just empathising with the chef too much

Ady.
