My daughter's coming up tonight for the weekend. And guess what she's asked for for dinner? Yep, you guessed it. Chicken in coconut milk with steamed Asian greens on the side.

On Sat night we will have Jamies Mince beef Tacos, Salsa and Guacamole (from the Jamie Magazine found the recipe on-line)..... not done or had Tacos before but thought it would be something nice to share at the weekend whilst chilling....

That sounds delicious, MsP. Might try it with chicken breasts.
Tonight my daughter has requested another of her childhood favourites: pastitsio (pasta al forno/ baked pasta) without the bechamel and loaded with veggies. Will just have a Greek salad on the side and some h/m bread. She's requested sunflower seed rolls. Dessert will be fruit.
