Re: Whats For Supper?
Tonight its chicken, I put some bread in the freezer this morning and in doing so lifted some breasts out and put them on the side and promptly left them there
. Found them a couple of hours later and they had started to defrost so............ chicken curry I think.

It's Friday, so some sort of fish, but only a light bite as off to a 40th b-day party tonight, and need to leave some room for champagne

Mrs Gibba, long time no see.
Here, pea and ham soup (to get rid of last of the ham) for those who eat ham. I had a pea and veg soup (divided the base of the pea and ham soup and cooked mine without ham).
Fresh Summer fruit followed.

Re: Whats For Supper?
Chicken breasts - probably fried in butter, with onion and garlic. If I'm really hungry I might add some double cream and some cheese too. Finishing up veg. in the fridge before the weekend, so it will be what's available.
