I'm working from home again today as we're still having a snow day so planning to make this slow roast lamb, hopefully a surprise for the family when they come home!

As hubby has just been picked up by ambulance for a long awaited hernia operation, I shall indulge myself, tonight, with a Chinese delivery. Think it will be spare ribs. I can gnaw myself silly and not worry about looking a mess

Thistledo - best wishes to your hubby for a speedy recovery!...And, I hope you enjoyed your Chinese meal!
Tonite I made homemade (uncrumbled) snitzel burgers with grilled cheese on bread buns with sliced tomates, minus the tomato sauce! Sometimes I'll make scotch fillet steak burgers - which are hubby's fav!
Now, it's time for bed 
being on the otherside-of-the-World!
