Roast Leg of Pork with the crunchiest crackling imaginable, my version of Dauphinoise ( wafer-thin slices of potato, onion & carrot with garlic & black pepper, all covered/cooked in a thin cheese sauce mixed with cream) & steamed green beans.
Stem Ginger, Gingernut & Pecan stuffed Baked Apples for dessert

Have fun Mariel! I'm planning to make zucchini soup with some lovely gifted zucchinis. But hmm, I'll need more than that!

Sorry but no fun Joy - service not good at all and charged double. Travelled 80 miles by train with a friend and was so excited.

Re: Whats For Supper?
Very, very Joy - was charged double the amount after very poor service. Shown to second floor when ground floor very empty and were carrying shopping. Giving benefit of doubt as only open two weeks but was so looking forward to this with my friend and travelled 80 miles by train! ![]()
