Re: Whats For Supper?
Very nice Ashen. I could go for some of that tonight. We're having grilled pork chops, jasmine rice, steamed snow peas and broccoli and mixed field greens.

Re: Whats For Supper?
That sounds really good too. not much can beat a nicely grilled pork chop and I really start to crave more veggies and greens and fruit towards the end of winter.
Supper tonight, butter chicken and basmati rice with a mixed green salad.

Pizza............my topping will have olives & 'green stuff' on it, OH's won't (he's a total philistine).
Made a large Yorkshire Curd Tart for 'afters' (curd cheese, egg, sugar, lemon juice/zest, sultanas & spices baked in a pastry case).

Sounds good, Min.
I'm going to have mixed roasted veg with rosemary and garlic over soft polenta. Last (probably) of the Summer stone fruit afterwards. Looking forward to it

Re: Whats For Supper?
I'm going to google Yorkshire curd tart.
MrP had potatoes Dauphinoise and spinach soup - with sage Darby cheese. He had to leave before dinner was ready. I had pot roast with carrots and mashed potatoes.
