Shepherd's pie and peas tonight - already in the fridge waiting to heat up when we get home, probably very late in this weather ...
Be safe, Olivia.
Thanks, Maree! Made it home, safe and sound, and it only snowed for the last 30 miles ![]()

Hello you lot... I have missed you all like crazy.
We have been all sorts of naughty & nice stuff recently
Prawn & crab spring rolls
Lasagna. Traditional beef plus loads of chard ones
BBQ everything. Corn is soo good right now
Biscotti. Not for supper though
Going to have a little read back now.. And a snoop around.. I woke at 4am. Read some blogs & thought.. " hey, I wonder if anyone is awake in JO land?"

Nice to see you posting on here Ms Frizzalena girlfriend! Food sounds great, but guess you guys are heading in to fall now and we can sicken you with talk of fresh summer produce, oh wait, you have such a mild climate, it doesn't matter!
We are having the last of the pot roast leftovers which are great. It was nice making a big roast and being able to simply steam some green vegetables and heat up the roast, although I keep having to make more mashed potatoes because we are both such pigs!

Hey MsP. Give MrP a hug from me please. How's its going in Pabsland?
We have frost & snow each year in my region of Australia... Though I will still BBQ in that.
Mada. I would be tempted to just have bread & salad with maybe a simple steak or sausage.
