Re: Whats For Supper?

Mmm, that sounds really good, Mummza!  It's really hard to get rose veal round here, and it's so good ...

Tonight is poached smoked haddock on a bed of mashed potatoes (cauliflower for me), topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce, with braised leeks.

Last night was a pizza topped with pumpkin/squash, marinated feta, baby spinach and some oven-dried Roma tomatoes. Salad ... Frozen yoghurt and berries.

Re: Whats For Supper?

Hi Joobes!  Your food sounds delicious!

I've been making 'The French Laundry' recipe for gluten-free pasta this past week.  We've had homemade mushroom ravioli, spinach ravioli and fresh linguine with onion, zucchini, garlic, chopped grape tomatoes, white wine and a little sausage.  I put spinach/cheese cannelloni in the freezer.

Last night was stuffed yellow bell peppers with meat, rice and vegetables and lots of tomato sauce.  I cooked a few fresh linguine noodles and some peas to mix with the sauce.  Salad of baby oak leaved lettuces and chicory, dressed with lemon and olive oil.
