Calamari just cooked and waiting to be dressed with EVOO, lemon juice and coarsly chopped parsley to become calamari salad. That was dinner last night:

It's our 20th wedding anniversary today and my OH is cooking us lobster (or crayfish depending where you come from) on the grill with a lovely salad and a bottle of french champagne.
