Joy that sounds great! I'm going to whip out my trusty slow cooker in a few minutes and put on a chicken casserole. It can spend the day doing it's thing so I can serve it tonight with some fresh steamed broccoli  smile

Re: Whats For Supper?

A small piece of crispy skin salmon, steamed baby potatoes, chargrilled asparagus and chargrilled corn. Maybe grapes later.

Comfort food again. Toasted "western" sandwiches with wedge cut fries, and spicy ketchup.

Re: Whats For Supper?

Took my nephew out to celebrate his birthday at Sigiri, the lovely Sri Lankan restaurant with my sister and daughter also. Delicious! We had a chicken curry, sweet potato in a thick sauce, cauliflower and cashew curry, lentils, rice, hoppers AND roti! yummy
