Re: Whats For Supper?

Tonight is simply leftovers from last night's birthday bbq... Steak, grilled onion and marinated chicken wings plus the last of the tossed salad.

I really did, Maree.

Tonight I am preparing a slightly different tortilla. I've fried onions and garlic in a little oil with fennel seeds and then added small potato cubes with whole cumin seeds. Then cooked/steamed until the potatoes are brown.

The whole lot will form the inside of the tortilla together with chopped fresh tomatoes and chopped fresh white Chinese chive leaves.

I have decided not to include the left-over pepperoni in the tortilla but serve that cold on the side, maybe with a few chips.

I may get a picture.

Y

My wife has just stated that it's good that I eat early. Then there will be no problems later with injections.
