Re: Whats For Supper?

Spinach, ricotta, (oven) semi-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olive fritter. Not the most beautiful or elegant of dishes but it tasted good. Green salad. An orange later with some activated almonds.

Re: Whats For Supper?

The peking duck was last night. Tonight we had pan fried flathead fillets with a brussels sprout salad, the boys had chips as well.  Fish is always on the menu on Good Friday! Happy Easter everyone.

Re: Whats For Supper?

The fishmonger had some more lemon sole in today, so I got some for supper tonight!  Will serve with sauteed potatoes, broccoli and leeks.

Re: Whats For Supper?

I was exhausted last night after helping my daughter clean out her house. My sister gave me a container of her home made vegetable and been soup. Perfect. Bread with it!

Re: Whats For Supper?

Pot-roast pheasant with hasselback potatoes and braised red cabbage tonight - probably an apple crumble for pudding.
